Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival Beijing
Be greeted at the airport by Beijing tour guide ana driver, and transferred to the hotel, remainder of the day is at your own leisure.

Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbbiden City, Beihai Park, Temple of Heaven, Hongqiao Market, Peking Roast Duck Dinner, Acrobatic Show

For this day tour, you will see all the most important travel wonders in the Beijing city.
Tiananmen Square is located at the center of Beijing, occupies an area of 44 hectares, big enough to hold a million people. As the heart of capital of the People's Republic of China, on China's National Day (October 1st), it is decorated by flowers, trees, fountains and flags, millions of pepople come for visiting, sometimes, there are great ceremonies on the square.
Forbidden City is just on the north of the Tiananmen Sqaure, from the Meridian Gate, we walk into the Forbidden City, according to calculations made in 1973, there are more than 90 courtyards, 980 buildings and 8,704 room-units inside the Forbidden City. The layout of the Forbidden City is divided into two major parts, the southern half is the front court, which centers on the Hall of Supreme Harmony, Hall of Middle Harmony and Hall of Preserving Harmony, the northern part is the residential area, which centers on the Palace of Heavenly Purity, Hall of Union, Palace of Earthly Tranquility, the Imperial Garden and six palaces on its east and west. Visit the Forbidden City for 1.5 to 2 hours.
On the northwest of the Forbidden City, it is Beihai Park. Beihai Park was an imperial garden, which was initially built in the Liao Dynasty (916 - 1125). The park occupies an area of more than 69 hectares, and half of the park is covered by the lake. Beihai Park has richness of traditional Chinese garden art, and numbers of historically important structures, palaces and temples. The most renowned spots are its White Dagoba (Bai Ta), Nine-Dragon Screen and Five-Dragon Pavilions.
Then we driver for about 15 minutes to visit the Temple of Heaven, after the Ming Emperor Yongle moved to the capital to Beijing, the Altar of Earth and Heaven was built in the 18th year of Yongle (1420), and the main architectural structure was a square hall of Dasi, which at the present site of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest. In the years of Ming Jiajing, the original altar in the sounthern suburb was reconstructed and expanded, and was renamed to the Temple of Heaven. After changing and enriching in the Qing Dynasty, the Temple of Heaven became the largest royal altar. In 1992, the Temple of Heaven was evaluated as the largest building complex for worshipping heaven in the world".
Come out from the east gate of the Temple of Heaven, it is the famous Hongqiao Market, which is deemed as the No.1 Pearl Market in Beijing, in the Hongqiao Market, there are more than 1000 small booths covering a total floor space of 32000 square meters. Besides abundant Fresh water pearls, Tahiti pearls, Mabe pearls, you will see colorful silk, Jade, other China souvenirs, even suitcases, cameras, fake famous brand clothes, shoes and watches. Try to bargin with merchants, you may find something interesting. 
Have Peking Roast Duck Dinner, Peking Roast Duck is popular because its brilliant color and delicate taste, it looks oily but not greasy when you chewing it. From Ming Dynasty, the Peking Roast Duck became one of the most important imperial dishes, in order to meet emperors tastes, imperial cooks created different ways to make Peking Roast Duck, today, there are main ways cooking Peking Roasted Duck, duck hanged over fire or roasted in oven, and their most notable restaurants in Beijing are Quanjude and Bianyifang.
Enjoy Acrobatic Show, as one of the oldest performing arts in China, Chinese Arocbatic show could go back to the Warring States Period (475 BC-221 BC), which came out from people's labor and self-defense skills, the earliest performance was "walking on three-meter-high stilts while juggling seven gaggers". Afterwards, Performers keep adapting the music and clothing to coincided with the performance perfectly, now, the Chinese acrobatics not only attract large national and international audience to domestic theaters, but also invited to perform all over the world.
Transfer back to the hotel after the show.

Day 3. Badaling Great Wall, Sacred Way and Changling of Ming Tombs, Body Massage

Drive for about 1 hour to the Great Wall at Badaling section, China Great Wall is the longest defensive wall in the world, and the Badaling Great Wall is the best constructed, most typical and most consolidated section of the wall. Badaling is situated at the very top of the mountain to the north of Guangou Valley, the Badaling Great Wall was built to be a communication center. Usually travellers spend 1.5 to 2 hours to trek on the wall. 
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Then drive for 0.5 hour to the Ming Tombs, buried in the Ming tomb area, there are 13 Ming emperors and 23 empresses, as well as many concubines, princes, princesses and maids. In our trip, we will go to visit Changling Tomb, which is the first tomb built in the Ming tomb area, the Hall of Eminent Favor in Changling Tomb is the best preserved one.  Then go the Sacred Way to take some pictures, the Sacred Way is actually the tomb path behind the Big Palace Gate, along the path, there are stone carvings with animals shape, and the statues of military officers, civil officials and officials of merit.
Enjoy a traditional boby massage after a busy day.
Transfer back to the hotel after whole day tour.

Day 4. Beijing Hutongs, Lama Temple, Summer Palace, Birds Nest

Drive to Beijing Hutong area, Hutongs are the old alleyways which formed by the local traditional courtyards. Walk or take a rickshaw, you will see the local people's life. You may even go inside a courtyard home, and make noodle for lunch with hosts. Some big courtyards were owned by the former princes and high rank officials are now officially protected monuments and sites.
Then to the Yonghegong Lama Temple, Yonghe means peace and harmony. The Yonghe Lama Temple is a monastery of the Geluk School of Tibetan Buddhism in Beijing, and it is one of the largest Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the world. The structure of the Yong Hegong Lama Temple combined Han Chinese and Tibetan styles, it has a length of 480m from south to north, the Hall of the Heavenly Kings is the southern main hall, the Hall of Harmony and Peace is the most important building of the whole temple. The Hall of Everlasting Protection was the Qing Emperor Yongzheng's living quarters when he was a prince. The Hall of the Wheel of the Law functions as a place for reading scriptures and conducting religious ceremonies. The Pavilion of Ten Thousand Happinesses contains an 26m tall statue of the Maitreya Buddha carved from a single piece of White Sandalwood.
Drive for about 40 minutes to the Summer Palace, the Summer Palace was the largest imperial garden of Qing Dynasty and is by far the best preserved one in China. The seventeen arch bridge and the marble boat are the most popular attractions by the Kunming Lake, and the 728-meter long corridor is the longest painted corridor in the world.
Stop at the Bird's Nest of Beijing Olympic stadiums before going back to the hotel. The Bird's Nest was designed by Swiss designer Herzog and Chinese designer Li Xinggang, it has 91,000 seats and was the stadium for the Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony and many athletics for Beijing 29th Olympic Games in August 2008. We go inside to see this grand stadium.
Transfer back to the hotel after whole day tour.

Day 5. Beijing Zoo to see Giant Panda, Free in the afternoon
Pick you up at the hotel at 8:30am by private car and English-speaking tour guide.
Drive to Beijing Zoo, the home to 14,500 animals, it is one of the oldest zoos in China and has one of the largest animal collections in the country. Besides the best known China Giant Pandas, there are animals from South Asia, Austrlia, America and Africa.
The remainder of the day is on your own leisure.

Day 6. Transfer to the airport
Be picked up at the hotel, and transferred to the airport.
